Asking for help regarding inappropriate request for settlement

I worked at pizza hut under saphire foods in period from 7sept to 28sept , i was told to leave after that day when i requested for a leave due to academic pressure and backlog that had bundled up during the time . They pay salary for 20-21st of consecutive months , i was paid for days before 21 but not after, manager said its recovery, though it was him who scolded me off in anger , i worked for nearly 21 days but they blamed me for toppings shortage of 27-30kgs , i was panicked that day when he told me to leave , i said i have exams pressure so ill leave for sure but after few months, and rejoin after the competetive exam is over. So he fired me , i waited for salary which didnt come for a month and i thought may be they have same difficulty of fingerprints being passed like first payment, after 1.5 months i went back to manager after trying so many calls and messages to ask about remaining salary, i was told to rejoin ( on 28 sept, he said dont stay here we dont want you ) , he justified the delay as recovery for notice period, i was given option to rejoin but again due to exam prep i couldnt rejoin and thought ill join back later before agreement date is over , the agreement states that they can recover the damage and i had digital signature (just first name) on it , i was unaware of conditions cuz the employers also said that i can leave anytime without consequence,, now I got an email for recovery of the damage done to company by me . I am resigned yesterday after months of absence according to them and they are putting all the possible wage during this time into damages claiming i have no earning at all . The manager had personal grudge on me and i observe the above mentioned flaws in them , i replied to the email asking for resolution and breakdown of damage , i dont know how to get out of this , i am already living in a very tough financial condition, my father blames my education for his financial conditions, so i pay for my expenses through little earnings that i make through junior students sunday exams invigilation at my college, and also through lendings from friends which is very uncertain source . I cant pay the company which is trying to scam me , i should not pay for any damage thats being claimed after the day i was told to leave , and for illogical claims made by manager about toppings shortage. I wanna beat that btch manager😡 he is so cunning . I cant pay sht neither do i want to , i already dont have money to pay for the form of scolorship exam (nbhm) ,i am thinking of gathering the fee for that and now i have new trouble.. please help me .. The settlement rules state that i can not share the info with anyone and i wont share the pdf or anything in the conversation made by their side , the only thing im sharing is that i didnt get full salary and the damage being asked is double the amount of partial salary i received, due to the days after the day i left are counted with exact wage/hr i could have earned staying there , this is unlawful , the manager could immediately terminate me legally just as he did verbally, but he wanted me to come back begging for forgiveness and rejoining which partially i did by saying i want to continue for two more months which will cause company no trouble for finding a replacement till that time , but manager said we dont want new guys and when failing to keep up with arguement he said we dont want you , do what you want . I was going to report him to HR but its same everywhere , the toxic people and work culture..
