New subs 5.0

Morning Whoopers, anyone know how to renew their membership with whoop if you have bought a new whoop 5.0 on Amazon. Would like to continue my current account & keep all the existing data rather than setting up a new account if possible?

Seems to be no option on member services & the AI chatbot is just 💩
