I am working on a research on traffic behavior in a county of Romania, where - in addition to statistics - I want to initiate a map of the areas with the highest risk of accidents or with the highest risk of fines. This is the first time I have worked with a tool like this, so I am stuck in terms of the data I am working with. So I would like to ask you: where could I collect data on the map of Romania, the roads in Romania, the county I am talking about (Prahova), and where could I take data on accidents and fines
