Qulipta - California Corporate Insurance

Hi everyone. Long story short, I suffer from chronic migraines and have tried many medications. I find Qulipta to be the most promising with limited side effects but can’t figure out a way to afford it. Wondering if there are any of you that live in California and have corporate insurance offered through your work that get your medication approved and with a cheap copay? Do any of you get subsidies from Abrevié directly to help with cost? How much do you pay out of pocket for said insurance monthly. Can you please provide me with the name of your insurance company/plan and is it a ppo or hmo and anything you might be able to add to help me steer my boss into offering me a corporate insurance option that will cover Qulipta affordably.
