Need to inquire about someone

Hi buddies, Hope you all are doing well. I need someone who lives nearby somewhere phuleli or daal para, old city side. I need to inquire about someone. If someone could help me with proofs and everything. I am willing to compensate as well. I have some issues but I cannot personally visit because I live in Karachi.
