What upskilling should i look to do without a degree to get a job?

23(M) I have been working in my family business for the last 4 years and due to the toxic environment at home and mismanagement of the business I have decided I'm going to do something on my own, The problem is I don't know where to start, I'm good with computers and interested in technology but everyone seems to be complaining about the job market in whatever fieldsI find interesting, Any ideas would really help and I don't wanna just go to university for 3 years because by the time I get out ill be 26-27 and I'm not sure I would even be supported by my family during the degree so any ideas would really help im willing to work hard and spend 6-8 months acquiring skills and if somehow I can leverage my family business work to help me do something that would be geeat
