How to raise consumer court complaint on meckeys?

I have made the dumb mistake of ordering a vxe r1 from meckeys website and the right click is broken. I mailed them about this and after shipping they are saying its a shell issue and that its not covered in warranty (then wtf is covered in warranty if the core part of a mouse itself isn't?) and said that they have replaced the shell with a used one from another different customers mouse. Now after shipping this new shell also has the same damn issue and they are saying you need a new shell and will take 3-4 months for the same. Worst service zero accountability.

This stupid company isn't even listed in consumer forum how can I raise a complaint against them? I know I can select other and fill out the details but its useless consumer forum doesn't do anything if we don't select the listed companies.
