Leg Riders Are Killing Me

Hey Guys! I’ve officially found my biggest weakness. I cannot escape from bottom when someone hooks the legs in. I seem to see it when i wrestle BJJ kids. I get trapped and don’t know what to do. Any Help and Advice would be amazing. I am yet to escape as soon as someone hooks their legs in.
