30F – Severe hair fall since moving to the city

I’ve been dealing with terrible hair fall ever since I moved here 2.5 years ago. At first, I assumed it was my diet. But it’s been a full year since I switched to an excellent diet and a healthier, low-stress lifestyle, yoga.

I even tried multiple water filters, but nothing has helped. My scalp is constantly itchy and irritated. I use RO water now. But it feels same, may slightly better.

I never had acne in my life, but last year I suddenly broke out with a full face of acne. Ended up consulting a dermatologist and going on Accutane, it’s been a whole journey.

At this point, I really need a proper solution to the hair fall + scalp issues.

Side note: Is it too much to expect clean water, air, or food in this country?
