The Courier Guy sucks

They ended up delivering a parcel worth thousands to the wrong address (same road name, different suburb 30km away). There was a pin on the delivery but the driver threw the package over the wall, breaking the device. The owner of the house found the package when he got home with my details and gave me a call. What's the point in having a pin??
