Did Google discontinue the Q&A feature?

I’m noticing that the option to add Q&A seems to be missing, and I’m not sure if this is a temporary change or a permanent removal by Google.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Did Google officially discontinue the Q&A feature, or is it just not showing up for certain listings right now?
