Any recommendations on blades that fit on a Henson head, and recommendations for shaving balms

I got the Henson shaving razor head assembly thing to shave and I’m new to shaving with single blades so I honestly don’t know the difference from what brands are good of blades or shaving cream/ balms cause I currently use shaving cream and I honestly had tried to see peoples recommendations from posts and I’m just lost😂. So I’m all ears on what’s good and what’s not good thank you.
