Missing an item from the latest PS+ pack.

There is a new ("free") PlayStation Plus pack out now, and it is supposed to give out four items, but I only got three.

I am missing the "Lotus B+B Decal". (Yes, I have searched for it and checked my archived items).

Did anyone else not get it?
