Banned immediately after making a couple of listings

Hi everyone, I just made an account 6 days ago on Vinted to sell some of my records. After posting like 5 listings, I instantly got banned. I got a reply the same day (5 December) and since then it's complete radio silence. I sent them proof of purchase but they never got back to me. I messaged them daily asking for updates but it seems that nothing is happening. Is there any way I can get this ban appealed or should I just give up? I don't know what to do at this point.
