Replaying pokemon games

When you guys replaying pokemon games, do you like just clear the content or something extra?

Do you still capture all available legendary?

For example: HGSS until the point beating red and elite four lvl 2

What does you typical replay looks like? I’ll probably play emerald, platinum, hgss, white and white 2.
