Can fnaf 2 actually be beaten as intended?

Well I haven't fully watched each strategy video for fnaf 2 but each strategy for 10/20 requires you to use a timer and some tech that just stops some anamtronics from even appearing. I may be wrong and there probably are people who have beaten it normally but the game does have heavy rig that I'm aware of.

I Think it may be possible but idw use a timer for a fnaf game. I'm not saying it's cheating and idw to discredit anyone who does use a timer but for me it feels weird to use something 3rd party to beat a game (unless you use your phone to note down a code for a horror game or something) but that's just me. Idm using the vent method anyways since it's a function that you can do ingame but idk about the timer.
