Misfire, bank of cylinders

Recently swapped an engine into my 323i ‘96 and I have a misfire on cylinders 1,3,5. Is there anything obvious that I must’ve done wrong because it seems like it wouldn’t be something mechanical but rather electrical. Any help appreciated
