It keeps happening to me

My current situation is that I'm living at a close family member's place for a couple months now, my intrusive thoughts are all taboo sexual stuff (given I'm sex repulsed, it's a nightmare), but for a while it was fine? It was in fact all in my head

But this last month I keep hearing sexual noises coming from the other room (its right next to mine) whenever I even open my room door, or if I dare go to the bathroom at night. It's not like it happens EVERY night, but each time feels deeply traumatic and it's not something I can tell my family or anyone about because it's just too embarrassing?? I don't understand how Allosexuals work, I keep thinking "maybe this is just a normal part of the human experience and I just haven't lived it until now"

I still have one month left here and I don't know how I'll handle it. 🥲
