Few months ago, I decided to go really hard on my body, and I think I reached the point where, most places I go now, I catch stunning women locking eyes, OR I just catch them staring at me. I just dont know how to handle these situations because this has never happened before. What should I do?

If you are a hot guy, please tell me I am not delusional, as I honestly think something has changed about me, but I think I just do not really notice, feel free to make fun of me if M am wrong.

Just like the title says, I am 186cm, and although I am tall(I think), I always lowkey hated myself how I look, I think its pretty normal in a city like berlin when you go out and see stunning men/woman??.
After living here for 4 years, it finally bothered me a lot so I decided to just do MORE, so more running, more exercise, less eating and generally MORE depressed. I realised I lost 16 kgs in 3 months of time, I stand at 76KG atm I guess.

After all this, a couple of months ago, I took a trip out of Germany for a few weeks, and I started to have these random, strange encounters with women. Meaning, having chats in coffee stores, a random lady will start chatting and want to make videos of eating things together and asking my plans for the day/week in this city OR just to know me, another lady stared at me too long and just said "WOW" in under her breath when I was in a subway, and I was like "what is happening, maybe people are just nice here".

And then I came back to Berlin, and the pattern kept repeating, and I still found it strange, like, why are people looking at me?????. I was sitting and waiting for my coffee, and there was this one girl who just left her entire friend group, and we kept on staring at each other, and she got her coffee and left with a disappointed(German??) face and one last look.

Similarly, in the Sbhan, it's always women who will give me a big smile and offer an empty seat and keep on shooting eyes while I sit awkwardly, checking my calculator app. Girls looking back before getting of the train, before the door closes. AND IT JUST KEEPS HAPPENING MOST OF THE TIME.

WHAT EXACTLY AM I SUPPOSED TO DO HERE?. SHOULD I JUST SMILE BACK?. All I do is get very nervous and shy and kinda awkward, as you get in the sbhan and suddenly people/women look at you, and they dont leave looking until you have passed lol.
