Why is every layout saying “RERA approved” but I can’t find them on the RERA website?
This is because many developers misuse the term “RERA compliant” when they are NOT RERA registered. It’s like someone saying “I follow fitness” vs “I am certified to train you.” One is vague, one is LEGAL. I was confused too until I learned that only layouts above a certain size need RERA, and some developers break layouts into tiny phases to avoid it.
