Post implant

I got two implant screws inserted over a week ago.

1. Still pain
2. Still barely eating
3. Can feel the stitches
4. I just got the courage to look and I have no idea what I'm even looking at! The two areas are separated by one tooth. I'm worried there is an infection. I'm worried something is wrong. I'm a huge weenie and babe zero pain control but having the pain etc.is bothering me.
