Need Help, Quest 3 vs 3s

Im brand new to the VR seen and I am having a hard time picking between the 3 and 3s, this will be my first VR, so I don't know the difference between lenses, I will mostly play pcvr games, on steam, and modded games (games with vr mods e.g Ready Or Not, Assetto Corsa) Could someone pinpoint exact pros and cons or something similar and recommend me which one to get, price isnt and issue, just features and stuff.
