Where is the station to print my JR train tickets I bought from Klook?

I tried to print out the physical tickets in advance for my trip from Kyoto-Kinosaki Onsen. I found a machine outside the Shinkansen ticket counters which seemed like it was the correct machine. However when I scanned the QR code it said the code failed. I wonder if this is the correct machine ? I also read somewhere that you should not change the language to English . Does anyone have any ideas ? I still have 3 days prior to the actual train trip to sort this out. Thanks.
