What UK venue (other than the Crucible) has the best atmosphere for a snooker final?

We all know nothing really beats the Crucible, but if you had to pick another UK venue, which one creates the best atmosphere for a big final?

Personally, I love The Barbican in York. The crowd feels close to the table and the noise carries really well, even on TV it sounds great. Which venue do you think gives the best experience for a final, and what makes it stand out for you?
