Sometimes, it feels so much easier to wait until I'm back in my home country before making appointments. It just feels like since they have all your health records and data, it makes more sense to wait. But then sometimes I wait 6 months before asking a doctor about something because of the hassle - which delays understanding the issue and getting better.
