Guys, anyone who had experience with loan from cbq can help me.

I’ve had loan from cbq and recently transferred jobs. They want to take all of my end of service money but I need it to close credit card at least. To which each agent from collection department says different things. Any lawyer any individual who had similar experience can advise? Thanks in advance 🤗
