How long does DTI take to respond to a complaint?

Recently filed a report against an online seller who failed to fulfill my order despite the fact that I already paid in full. Kanina ko lng pinadala yung report, but I was just wondering if matagal ba sila mag respond or if I could expect an answer in the next few business days.
