Steelix trade help Legends ZA

Hey there! Could anyone help me with my pokedex? I just need a Steelix for my pokedex so I can trade it back after I got it. I sadly got scammed in one of the known trade rooms and so I'm 1 metal coat short ^^'

Any help is appreciated!
