Can you get banned for winning and climbing too much?

hello, i've been playing league since season 9 playing every role in ranked, just casual player. On my main account which is level 1000, I play fill and am in emerald while a smurf i made 3 years ago is masters 350lp which I only play one role on. I am trying my hardest in both accounts and would I get banned if I climb and win too much in my level 100 smurf account compared to my main account? I hard of this new rule called hitchhiking and would it be hitchhiking If I duo on my emerald main account with my friends when my smurf is so much higher rank than my main? Is it reverse hitch hiking or wahtever it is called? Thank you in advance.
