tapo h500 homebase and cameras

i switched from google cams to tapo cams because i wanted to get out of the subscription.. so i bought 10 indoor cams and 4 outdoor cams.. plus the homebase that sounded great. but nothing works.. its like a joke of a product..

it says the hun and cameras are not on the same network so i cannot add them to my hub, i also cannot go into the cams and add the hub as the storage (as someone told me to try)

what can i do? i have the tp-link x60 mesh system. i have a guest network and main network but all the tapo devices are connected to the same network...

I need help!
