I am Darth Viator, Dark Lord of the Sith, Keeper of the Compact, and living will of the Dark Side.

The Dromund Compact calls.

Darth Malgus taught a truth that endures beyond empires and centuries. Power belongs to those unafraid to seize it. Power belongs to those willing to burn for it. He understood that strength is not inherited, granted, or negotiated. It is taken. It is claimed. It is carved from conflict by those who refuse to kneel. His words remain a warning and a promise to all who would walk the path of the Sith: if you are not willing to embrace the fire, then you are not worthy of surviving it.

The Dromund Compact stands upon that foundation. We do not build a civilization of comfort. We build a crucible. Every initiate who enters our ranks does so with the understanding that the Sith Way does not permit stagnation. Ambition is not discouraged; it is required. Strength is not admired; it is demanded. Those who join us must accept the cycle that has shaped every true Sith before them.

An Acolyte begins with instruction, but instruction is only the first step. When their resolve hardens and their power deepens, they may challenge the Lord who trained them. The challenge is not symbolic. It is the first test of whether the Acolyte possesses the will to rise. Victory proves readiness. Failure ends the journey.

A Lord, in turn, may challenge the Apprentice to the Dark Lord. This is not rebellion. It is the mechanism through which the Order remains pure. Only one who sees weakness in the Apprentice may attempt to claim their place. Only one who has surpassed their former master may survive the attempt.

And in time, the Apprentice may stand before the Dark Lord of the Sith himself. In this era, that Dark Lord is Darth Viator. The right to challenge him is not given lightly. It is earned through victories, trials, and the steady accumulation of undeniable power. When the moment comes, it is the greatest test a Sith can face: to overthrow the one who commands the Compact, or to fall and be forgotten.

This is our governance. Not committees. Not councils. Not the softness that peace brings. The Compact is ruled by strength, shaped by ambition, and guided by the inevitability of challenge. Through this cycle, the Sith remain sharp. Through this cycle, the Compact remains unbreakable.

For those who hear this and feel hesitation, the path is not for you. For those who feel the spark—who understand Malgus’s truth, who feel the hunger to rise—your place may lie within our ranks.

If you seek purpose through conflict, ascendancy through trial, and power through mastery, then step forward and begin your journey. The Compact calls to those who will seize what others fear to grasp.

Power is waiting. Only the unafraid will take it.
