Account manager job offer

I got a job offer that i wanted to share. To me it seems like a great package, especially for a junior, but I'd like to see other opinions as well : )

Age: 23 Education: Master of Business Administration Work experience : Only did 1 relevant internship in the sector at a multinational, + interesting student Jobs in office setting. Civil status: Single Dependent people/children: 0

2. EMPLOYER PROFILE

Sector/Industry: FMCG/Food Amount of employees: +200 Multinational? No, but the company is also active in neigbouring countries.

3. CONTRACT & CONDITIONS

Current job title: Junior Key Account Manager Job description: Managing my own portfolio of clients (Medium/large retailers) in Belgium: Assortment management, the p&l, responsability the long and short term relationship, yearly negotiations, and all related tasks in cooperation with my manager and other departments. So more responsabilities than a typical junior position I believe. Official hours/week : 38 Vacation days/year: 28

4. SALARY

Gross salary/month: 3250 EUR Net salary/month: guessing around 2270 EUR Netto compensation: 70 EUR Car/bike/... or mobility budget: Company Car 13th month (full? partial?): Yes Meal vouchers: 8 EURO/DAY Ecocheques: Group insurance: 75/25 Other benefits: Yearly net bonus depending on individual and company performance (normally very close to 1400 EUR)
