Is there a way to improve my chances to get jury duty?

I would really like to serve on a jury. I got called once, but wasn’t on the list they ended up selecting. I would like to get called more but I have higher ed degrees and from my understanding that actually makes them less likely to select you overall.

Is there any proof to this? And is there something I can do to make myself more likely to get called at all?
