So nervous about the possibility of having anal fissure

27F. Been having burning pain and bleeding during BM's for a week. Happened also before but this time I went to the doctor and she diagnosed me with internal hemorrhoids with some irritation/wound and bleeding. So apparently the blood is coming from them. However, I am convinced and terrified that I have a misdiagnoded anal fissure. This is my nightmare because I don't want to go to a surgery with a risk of incontinence😭 She told me I don't have any fissures or sores in my bumhole but people keep telling me they go easily unnoticed and that my symptoms are typical of a fissure, not a hemorrhoid. Sorry my English, I am not a native speaker.
