What are the application deadlines for KAIST??.. I'm having trouble finding them online

also if there is still time to apply then what are the chances i get in with a good scholarship?

Academics

  • Rank (or percentile): 1st (my class only has 11 people…😅)
  • O levels: 8A*s and 1A
  • A Levels: Currently have AS grades, which are 4As (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science). Expected A2 grades are 4A*s.

Standardized Testing

  • SAT: 1530 (780M, 750EBRW) first try. Def could’ve gotten better had I reattempted, but didn’t because of financial burden.

Extracurriculars/Activities (kind of meh tbh)

  1. Worked 4 years for our Annual Mega InterSchool Sport Event: - Publications Director (year 9): Constructed and proofread multiple 15+ passages and captions for our Instagram page. - IT Director (year 10): Initiated a website project for a better registration process (completed next year). Assisted Team Media with the categorization of photos and video clips required for each further planned project. - Treasurer (year 11): Oversaw and regulated all financial transactions regarding sports equipment and logistics. Assisted in Budgeting. - President (year 12): Stuck my nose in everything just as presidents do lol.
  2. President - PSHE (Physical Social Health Education) Club: Conducted multiple sessions regarding hygiene awareness.
  3. Vice President - Gavel Club: mainly joined to help improve my own public speaking skills. Consequently, mentored many young students on dealing with stage fright and developing a resonant voice, etc.
  4. Head Boy of the Student Council.
  5. Completed two regional summer internships: - Intern at the Community Housing Society: learnt the underlying framework of the housing sector, observed workflow occurring in their work facility, which included repair workshops, supply stores, and ongoing home construction projects. - Intern Head at the Community Sports & Events Club: Assured the punctuality of team members, assigned time slots in different departments, including the kitchen, the finance managing office, and the logistics centre, and its affiliated stores. Spent time in each internship for one month (around ~25 hours total each)
  6. Vice President - Student-led recently initiated Non-Profit, Edvancing. Assisted in planning and organization of key projects, which include: -  Fundraiser Bake Sale, raising approximately PKR 100,000. This money was used to buy 160 curriculum books for a local special needs school. -  Book Donation Drive: Rose awareness about the importance of books for the unfortunate. Accumulated around 2600 books, which were then donated to another struggling school. - Partnered with a regional school, which was built as a CSR project by a local company for the poor: Planned and executed weekly teaching sessions to help the overburdened staff. Lessons have been conducted for 6+ weeks. Ongoing.
  7. Member of local Reader’s Club: worked with fellow members to prepare and present on specifically difficult books, e.g., the 48 Laws of Power.
  8. Played Interschool Tennis & Chess.
