Are the people in your country blunt and straight forward or do they tend to beat around the bush or they’ll keep quiet to keep the peace?

Like do people generally speak their mind if they feel inclined to and maybe not afraid to confront even or perhaps they’re non confrontational/ won’t really speak their honest truth or even give feedback/criticism because they think it’s the more polite way or whatever
