quick question for the LGBT community from a straight person

so my question is why is it important for the community that getting called by the right pronouns by people who hate, don't care, and don't support the LGBT community? the reason am asking is why care about a person who don't respect who you are so why give a fuck to the person who don't your pronouns and identity?
when i see ppl in the LGBT community get mad by getting mispronounced or get hated on in my head i say pls don't waste your time with a person who is not kind to you...... so you literally have noting to loss by walking away cuz the person who don't care enough to ask your pronouns don't deserve your time and energy

so this my question and i hope i don't offend anyone by my question i was just wondering.....
