Who would you pick as an alternative live interest for Rory?

Using ANY of the characters from Stars Hollow apart from the big three (Jess/logan/dean), who would you have like to have seen has Rory’s significant other? It can literally be anyone. Even Caesar.

I’ll go first. Dave. This guy oozed cool. He had the cool taste of Jess, but without the attitude and was ultimately just a good boy. Also, he read the bible in one night. Shame he moved to California, changing his name to Seth Cohen and forgetting his Stars Hollow roots.
