Need help finding out the numerals

Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to all this reddit stuff but I need help finding out the numerals for a number. My girlfriend passed away 2 years ago and I was looking for a way to pay respects to her. She was Greek and had a very strong connection with her family who live in Greece ( I live in Australia) I looked online to find out about numerals because I would like to know and possibly have her birthday tattooed on me since her birthday was coming up. If anyone could help me I need the numbers 2, 6 and 2005. Thank you so much!
