Could Ben and Darius have survived on their own?

They had thought that the rest of the nublar 6 had left them cuz it was sunrise. What if they had actually left.

If we think that the E750 wasn't there, then yah. they had good chances of survival. D had dino knowledge, and Ben knew how to actually survive, like with tricks. Thats my opinion. What's yours?
