Considering the switch to BRSK, but a couple questions to existing users
I have seen the guys on my street this week and I am considering the switch soon.
I have seen the offer prices, and while I currently pay £29 for 150Mb, I was planning to go for £20 for 150Mb now. But I've seen they do a much better discount on £25 for 1000Mb, so I think I will go for that.
I have 2 questions though:
- The prices are really good for contract time. What's their practice after contract ends? Do they move you to month-to-month pricing? Do they price hike? Are you able to just renew your contract at the same price? I wouldn't want to pay the £35, but I'm ok if I have to downgrade to 150Mb again as long as it's £24. Do you have to fake a port and hassle with haggling like Virgin etc?
- The new Wifi 7 router. How's the inner interface? Is it very capped in terms of options? I have a technicolor, and while I fancy the new Wifi 7 and 2.5G port, I want to make sure I can still tweak most config in the BRSK branded router.
Thanks!
I do hope they finish the install soon as it says they only do these prices and router if install is before end of year, and not sure how soon they're giving appointments. :S
