CODICE FISCALE ISSUE HELP

I need to get my codice fiscale ASAP. I’ve tried Agenzia Delle Entrate, Questura and online form basically everything. I know that some Questura or some Agenzia Delle Entrate is still issuing the codice fiscale, but I’m not sure which ones are. Is there anyone who received their codice fiscale in the past month as someone who’s residing here for more than three months? If so, could you please tell me which place you had to go.. I need it as soon as possible. (Preferably close to Rome) Thank you in advance.
