INQUIRY FOR IDLE TEMP ON MY BUILD 7500F 9060xt 16gb

First time to have a pc. Im just worried on my cpu temp. my cpu idle temps goes 55-60 C and when i play valorant it goes to 65-70 C. are these temps normal? should i change my cooler?
