Scar treatments ?

Hey ! Do I had a FDL TT one year ago and my scar is still quite bright and raised. With my scars in the past they have taken some time for the colour to fade etc so I’m not surprised. I went to a couple of laser clinics in the shopping centres but they wouldn’t touch it. What kind of laser therapy should I be looking for ?
