Need help building an run & gun MP7 setup

Before the recent update my aim felt super clean and I was dropping really good kill games. Now it feels a bit off. Might not even be the update, could also be because I messed around with my sensitivity and leveled a bunch of different guns.

I want to lock in one go to weapon and stick with it, and for me that would be the MP7, even if it is not really meta right now. My playstyle is very aggressive, I am sprinting from point to point, so mobility is really important.

Right now I am still trying to find a setup that works for me. Yesterday I tried the blue laser and no underbarrel. It felt very mobile, but it still does not feel like the right build.

Can you help me with a good MP7 setup for an aggressive playstyle with lots of close to mid range fights?
