Some pairings are popular for a reason. The jock and the cheerleader, the knight and the princess, even Romeo and Juliet. But when you have a history of roleplaying as long as mine, you start to seek more esoteric matches...

The dominant centuar and the twink Elf.

I'm sure you're all familiar with horsegirls. The spoiled brats who weep when they find out the pony their father bought them is female. What if we had a polar opposite pairing? An Elven stable hand who has to look after a mare with different anatomy than the others.

Will she be satisfied will the overwhelming size difference? Or will she demand more unorthodox techniques to help get her going?

The college student and the lab technician

Some people would call her a milf... Maybe... If they were being charitable. It's hard to call her attractive but at the same time it's much harder to call her ugly. She claims to have studied here before this lab was even built, but that was decades ago. The subtle smile and the sparkle in her eye tell a tale of a time when she was far more open and uninhibited. Perhaps it's time she went back to her old habits...

The submissive soldier

If you hooked up with a soldier, scar across his face, clothes straining to hold back his muscles, you might expect to receive the drill instructor treatment. But when that same soldier bends down, and reveals his tight hole just waiting to be pegged, it begins to dawn on you that you'll be issuing the orders.

Where is this taking place? Are you a citizen he has taken refuge with? Or are you a medic treating him on the battlefield? Maybe it's happening separately from a war altogether.

Extreme size difference

Similarly to my first prompt, this idea plays into the notion of characters whose anatomy are laughably incompatible. It could be a hunter who stumbles across a fairly two inches tall. Or it could be the complete opposite, an explorer who hooks up with a giant who penetrating would feel like throwing a hotdog down a hallway.
