Guitar buzzing sound on the D string 10th fret. How do i fix it?

Ive been playing for almost a year now and theres this buzzing sound ONLY on the 10th fret D string and its absolutely killing me and i know for a fact im pressing as much as i need to what should i do to fix it? Ive also tried adjusting the truss rod but that did nothing i even adjusted the bridge using a screw driver but nothing. I have a Epiphone Les Paul special 2
