Continuation Pay : when will I get paid out?

Hello all, just hit my 12 year mark on 8 Dec and from what I’ve been reading continuation pay should come as long as I’ve completed my nko and elected to receive it via NSIPS. I’ve done both, but still haven’t received anything yet. Also, not sure who to contact about it either (spoke to CCC and Personnel but neither know exactly who I can contact). Is this a situation where you just have to wait and see if payment arrives? Or can you submit a ticket to MNCC? I also don’t know many people that have done it, so just looking for some help from someone who’s maybe received their payment and so i know what to expect. Thanks.
