Game issues and bugs since latest update!

On my Xbox, after every game the home screen tiles won't activate to play another mode or game, I have to come out of the game to Xbox home screen, highlight BF6 tab, clicked on quit, then clicked on BF6 tab to play again. But thats every game I have to do this since the new update. Additionally my progress on challenges is not tracking, but that's been ongoing since the start, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, hard reset, cleared local saved data with continuously the same issues, also recently on the California map, my screen froze and All the graphics turned bright green, I had to keep pausing the game for it to stop, I suppose next step is reporting to EA directly I suppose😞. Anybody here suffering the same problems on console or pc?
