Me 27M and my girlfriend 22F have opposite working schedules. How can I make this work?

My gf is about to get a new job and it’s a standard 9-5 schedule. Me on the other hand work 20 hours during the week and 16 hours during the weekend on a different place all rotating shift. I do this because I get payed a lot more and it helps me pay for my expenses. But I’m worried now that we can’t be together due to our different work schedules. I’m still living with my mom for now but I’m thinking about leaving and finding a place for myself in this terrible economy of my country just to spend more time with her (I don’t really get along with my mom too). I really like her and want to make this work. What would you guys do?
